3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Lia Hiker operates on a cash on delivery basis.

 

5. Exchanges

We will gladly exchange defective, damaged, or incorrect items for the same product (subject to availability).
