1. Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship worldwide. Wherever your adventures take you, Lia Hiker is ready to deliver.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time varies by destination:

  • Local deliveries: 3–7 business days

  • International deliveries: 7–20 business days

Delivery time may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote location access

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on destination, item weight, and delivery method. You will be informed of any applicable shipping fee during the order confirmation process.

5. Payment Method

We only accept cash on delivery (COD). Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make full payment in cash upon delivery.

Orders may be canceled if payment is not made upon delivery or if delivery is refused.

6. Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Orders

Our courier will attempt delivery at your provided address. If no one is available:

  • A second attempt may be made.

  • If delivery fails repeatedly or is refused, the order may be returned to us and canceled.

In such cases, you may be responsible for reshipping charges for re-delivery.

7. Order Tracking

Tracking may be provided where available. If tracking is applicable, you will receive the tracking number via email or SMS after dispatch.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and order details. We will investigate and assist promptly.
